What time do you open?
Tickets go on sale at 6:45 PM; gates open at 7:00 PM
What attractions do you offer?
This year, the Forest of Fear — the Hudson Valley’s #1 Haunted Attraction — is more extreme than ever! Thrill to SEVEN attractions for ONE admission price.
Are group sales available?
Yes. You can order group tickets at Ticketfly or by contacting the Forest of Fear here.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit but we recommend that children under 12 not attend.
Do you serve alcohol?
Is food available?
Yes, a wide variety of hearty food and snacks are available, including baked sweet potatoes, burgers, hotdogs, fries and other delectables.
How do I get there? Is there any public transportation?
Our street address is 600 Route 17A, Tuxedo Park, New York 10987. Google Maps.ﾠ Sorry, there is no train or bus to The Forest of Fear.
Is the event outdoors or indoors?
The seven attractions at The Forest of Fear include a mix of indoor, outdoor and partially covered spaces.
What happens if it rains?
The Forest of Fear is open rain or shine; we close when conditions are deemed dangerous.
What about parking?
Parking is free, but limited. We recommend you show up early to get the best parking.
How long are the lines?
Saturdays in October are very busy–expect to stand in lines. It is not possible to predict how long the line will be on any given night. In general, it is better to show up early than late, Saturdays tend to be the busiest nights, and the park gets busier the closer we get to Halloween. Consider joining us on Fridays or Sundays to avoid long lines, and purchase tickets online using the button to the right, for faster service.
Is an ATM available?
Yes, an ATM is available to guests.

This is an outdoor attraction which is held in the dark! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; have heart, back, or respiratory problems.
